Any cheese-lover should make a pilgrimage here purely for the Menu Berthaut, every course of which features the local, pungent rind-washed cheese Epoisses: a salad starter; a tartiflette; an entrecote with Epoisses sauce; the cheese course (naturellement!); and finally an Epoisses tiramisu… There are plenty of other options, however, all featuring generous amounts of well-cooked Burgundian cuisine.
