Tucked out of the way behind place de la Republique, this simple little bistro run by a husband-and-wife team is justly popular with locals and fills up quickly. Local, seasonal produce is prepared and cooked with care and imagination in dishes such as gravadlax of river trout with fennel cream and potatoes with a lemon-dill vinaigrette.
