Right by Porte St-Nicholas, this unpretentious little bistro is a local favourite and its two small, stone and wood-beamed dining rooms fill up quickly. Local produce features in dishes that range from classics such as jambon persillé (ham and parsley terrine) to pears poached in red wine with blackcurrent sorbet.
